How to get a refund
CDAL Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t for you, getting your money back takes one email.

Email us
Write to contact@cdalkit.tech from the address you bought with, within 30 days of purchase. Put “Refund” in the subject. Add your order number from the Polar receipt, or just the purchase date.

We confirm
We reply, usually within one business day, and start the refund in Polar. You don’t have to give a reason, but we’d love to hear what didn’t work.

Money back
The full amount, including tax, returns to your original payment method. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank. Access to the private repository is removed.
